Paid our application fees , we did get a call back was told to send in all of oir information after going back and forth for two days we got denied because they couldn't get in contact with our old landlord. FEMA couldn't get a hold of them people but it's fine I guess we're still looking for a stable home .

Aside from Carlton Arms of New Port Richey being a great place to live in, the maintenance crew are great. All my service request that I made were made in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable about the request I made, and helpful with answers I had. They are thorough and neat, and all work was completed in a professional and friendly manner. Outstanding service. and a great place to live in.
