    - parking is always an issue - office staff members are not as attentive and friendly as they should be. - we receive notices that they will fumigate on Thursday that Wednesday afternoon but we need to contact them on Wednesday morning if we have an issue. How can I do that when I receive the announcement for fumigation that afternoon?

    The building is old and graceful; full of character and colorful residents. It's a great place to live and I love living here.

    Building management tends to side on any issue without really bothering at looking who the source of the issue is nor does it care. They constantly use intimidation practices. Also, they are pricing out people on fixed incomes with the rent increases.
