The apartment is not a bad place. However I do think that the management could be better and that they are really nice when you tour but after you move in they can care less. Plus overpriced but right now that's everywhere.

Holly, the Assistant Property Manager, is a truly amazing person. She actually cares and is truly dedicated to making each resident feel special and thought of. She has helped me through a lot of issues that I had with the complex, and has gone above and beyond to make me feel that my concerns and situations matter. I know that she doesnt have to go the extra mile that she does, or genuinely care, but she does. It shows the human side of someone in a professional setting, which I love. APMs & PMs at past complexes have never been this kind, helpful, thoughtful, caring or dedicated. Will is the best Maintenance man they have out here, & the new MS is great as well. If they could clone the 3 of them and let them make more decisions, this property would be amazing. Maintence orders have been backed up for months, but they may be understaffed in that department. Holly has truly made my stay here the best that it can be. Eydie, the PM, has been kind as well. The unit itself is beautiful & large for the 3/2. The patio is large & my kids love it. The living room and dining are huge, and the rooms are excellent sizes. This area is a very safe area to live in.

This complex is beautiful, I love the staff, and I absolutely love my apartment. I feel safe here I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
