Hasnt been a working clean pool since over a year , roaches , your voice isnt heard about anything UPDATE / added photos - pool still not working they spend money on having unnecessary construction done but we dont have any of the amenities we are promised - cannot wait to leave this place they dont care about their residents AT all !!! Take a look for yourself mold in air ducts - you will be sick if you live here my child has had multiple sicknesses- roach feces , ant problems- MULTIPLE SHOOTINGS/ robberys / car break ins ! Lots of homeless walking around , doesnt even count as a gated community because the gates stay open 24/7- PLEASE HOPE YOU DONT GET MOLD CAUSE YOU WILL LIVE WITH IT AND THEY DONT CARE

We never thought that we would move from New York City but after taking the virtual tour and considering the comments made to us by our daughter and son-in-law who live in Winter Springs and engaged in a tour with the leasing office we made the decision to come. We are so happy that we made the choice to turn the page and start anither chapter of our lives here at Arbors.

Incredible experience since day one, once you enter those gates it instantly feels like home. From the leasing staff (Janna), to the maintenance team and luxury amenities everything is always in pristine condition. Ive lived here for 7months and by far the best decision Ive made.
