Ive been living in this apartment complex since Dec 2017. Few months ago the apartment flooded in the main ent Read Morery way. I thought maybe it was rain that got into the apartment. Last week I came home the entire unit was flooded and it smelled like a porto potty. I called in maintenance they came by told me the buildings sewer pipe was clogged and all the first floor units had flooding. This happened on a Wednesday and it wasnt until that Saturday someone came out to clean the unit. When I asked to be moved they told me I had to pay a new deposit that would be a minimum of 75 dollars up to 675 dollars more but they wouldnt know until they ran my credit. Can you imagine living in feces and urine for days and the leasing office telling you in order not to you must pay out of pocket. I told them allow me out of the lease they were happy to do so. On Sunday night another flood. I called it in they came spoke to me mopped and left. Monday morning I woke up to the entire unit flooded again. I told them this is unacceptable the least they can do it put me into a hotel until the issue is fixed and they refused. Its just myself and my service dog in this unit I work on my own all I have is everything Ive worked hard to Gerald they had no remorse on consideration to the event. No one from the office even came out to check on the unit all Ive seen it maintenance who cant fix the issue. Disgusting service for their tenants
