Complex knowingly rents out smaller apartments than advertised and has done nothing about their false advertis Read Moreing even with proof of smaller square footage. Limited parking forces me to walk a distance in the dark if I work late hours. MOST of the office staff is nice but the higher up management that I have dealt with have offered no help what so ever. I would definitely not consider these luxury by any means. Will be reviewing on every other internet site I find.

Brittney, we're sorry for any miscommunication that led to this confusion. Our model homes are simply that and our homes are not identical. Yours is on a different floor than the model you were shown and is of different dimensions. We realize your dissatisfaction and offered to accommodate you by letting you end your lease by Dec. 2015 without penalty as long as we received 30 days notice prior. We'd like to improve your stay with us and hope that you'll contact our office directly.
I don't have enough good things to say about the staff at Parke East. My issues are with the surrounding neigh Read Moreborhoods and this particular part of Orlando. It's not just Parke East, it's just about all of the apartment complexes in the area. Many of the residents are less than desirable and the company that they keep is even less desirable. Aside from the few working professionals like myself, it's pretty much hood rat city for 6 squared miles. Loud music, loud mufflers, inconsiderate people.

This used to be a nice place to live, but it has gone down hill since Robins Properties has taken over. They d Read Moreid a little sprucing up on the property, but it does make up for the incompetent front office management. They truly do not care about the people here.
