My partner and I lived here for two years. The location was convenient for us both. Additionally, they offered Read More UCF employees a discount which was the only reason we decided to live here. However, it was not without its cons. Our apartment was older. Appliances rarely functioned well, especially the dryer. Our fridge went out, as did our dishwasher. Our apartment also had mold, which maintenance attempted to address but it never really got taken care of. Our major issue with Pine Harbor is how they handled our security deposit once we moved out. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE: TAKE PHOTOS. The leasing office cares only about the management companys bottom line (profit) and they lack integrity. When we reached out about our security deposit they claimed that there was severe damage to the carpet (with conflicting versions of what exactly the damage was depending on who you spoke to in the office -Michelle White, Donna Kile, etc.). However, neither they nor the carpet company they use can produce evidence that this was the case. The atmosphere of the property is fine. Whatever amenities they tell you they have you should lower your expectations greatly (the security gate rarely works; it was continuously broken and they showed no urgency whatsoever in getting it fixed the entire time we lived there). The gym is full of broken equipment and now it is thankfully closed for renovations. Parking is a nightmare with disabled vehicles everywhere. This is a budget apartment complex charging luxury apartment prices. You are better served renting elsewhere. This is a place to lay your head, but not exactly to build a home. There are other properties nearby with better amenities, newer buildings, etc. Dont let the recent avalanche of positive reviews fool you. We stayed here solely for the employee discount. Remember, property management companies are in the business of making a profit, and do not have your best interests in mind.

Took multiple attempts and months to get repairs done. SOME (1 or 2 people) of the office staff are less than Read Morefriendly. Wooden pool deck is in bad shape. Playground needs updating. Whole complex needs painting.

Very quiet place. Management is excellelent friendly and quick to respond to any problems. Also has many ameni Read Moreties which are fun to stay active.

The management was suppose to be helping me move out early by finding someone else to lease my apartment. They Read More did not even make an effort to do so. I know they did not make an effort because when I went into the office to let them know that my date is approaching to move out and wanted to know how the search for a new tenant was coming, they said that they forgot.
