615 sq ft apartment with no ceiling fans, no washer/dryer hookups, no cable in bedroom, and no power outlets o Read Moreutside. My observation since living here: Jumbo jets fly over at all hours of the day/night. OIA is planning on opening another terminal soon, which means even more planes flying over your head. Amazon is planning to open a warehouse close to the airport in 2018. Along with UPS and FedEx. Sirens blast regardless of the time of day/night. Mgmt, sends out bulletins of the rules, people disregard them and nothing is done. Many dog owners don't pick up their dog's do-do, over flow of trash cans. Have a BBQ, cook at will, no one will reprimand you Check police reports. Since May 2017, I've witnessed 3 cars on blocks. The last one was after the leasing told us that they hired security. Ask mgmt and tenants. I've witnessed police helicopters flying over. Conway's demographics have changed. Homeless and vagrants asking for money on street corners and store parking lots. I've seen the schools have diminished. All scores have steadily gone down in the past 2 years. At the district level and state level. Go to OCPS website and see for yourself Do not drink the water without a filter. The black residue that is left around the drains and inside the spickets is stuff from a horror movie. Trying to get out of the complex is horrible. The side gates are closed every weekend/holidays and after 4:45PM daily. Do a walk-through of the complex. The landscape looks like it has just survived a wildfire. Trees and grass look very thin. Most of the A/C units look like the original. Not energy efficient. It means more $ out of your pocket. The walls are very thin. I smell what my neighbors are cooking, doing nails, etc. in my living room as well as my bathroom. They do have tennis courts, but don't plan on playing after sunset; the lights have never worked in the 3 years I've lived here. Is it worth the cost of the rent, definitely NOT I hope this has helped in making your decision.

Staff seemed more concerned with the appearance of the complex than the inside of the apartments. Plus they re Read Moremoved half of the washer and dryers in the laundry room to build a workout room that no one used. This place was a lot better when it was ran by Camden.
