Been here almost 6 months.I honestly can't complain about our apartments. Living in a villa apt means you don't have upstair neighbors walking hard overtop your head. I love it. It's very peaceful & quiet. I feel safe coming in & out since I work late nights. Our staff is awesome! Ms.Luz, Marline,Barbara, John & the floaters are very helpful. Never had a problem with Maintenance. They are always around passing by. Very approachable! I thank you all! Vonya

Trying to get a response to your complaints or messages from the staff or their corporate office? Forget it. These people are unprofessional and rude. Your messages will go ignored and they will then tell you after two weeks of seeking a response that they are NOW responding to your request. And you still have yet to see the response a month later. They used to have a good, helpful and professional staff when I first moved in. Now? This clearly an old community that was fixed up very nicely I must say. Pretty on the outside but ugly on the inside. Always some issue. Bugs (ants, roaches, and centipedes) constantly Everyone complains about the lack of response. I will say maintenance usually responds quickly. Water included but there is always an issue with the water main breaking. Save yourself the headache.
