Roaches everywhere even after spraying. No parking. Close office early and if you leave a message on vm, they don't call back. Leave message in their site still no answer. Hard to get ahold of anyone unless late in rent

I have to say Ms.Ellie is very professional but yet makes you feel at home and part of the community . I really love living here because one thing Im very picky and she made me feel at ease with my concerns which were met and was on top of everything went well when I moved in . Thank you Ms Ellie for being a great person .

Run its roach infested and dirty

Maintenance was spotty, inconsistent and tended to blame the tenant. Requests for maintenance went unanswered, either by phone or in person. The business center equipment was down more than up and we were asked to provide our own printer paper. The gates did not work and therefore it was not a gated community.
