I have been living here 3 years and I love it. When Blue Rock acquired the property from Royal American Manage Read Morement I was a bit disappointed because there were going to be changes and I also knew that rent was going to increase (which it did). But as I researched other rental properties (in the same area) I decided to renew my lease for another year. The changes that were made on the property were for the better. When I submit a maintainence request it's usually completed in the same day. The complex is quiet, which allows me to sleep in and sit on my patio and study. The office staff is friendly, Janet in particular, is very helpful. The office manager is amazing as well as she worked with me when I transferred from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. Depending on which building you stay in parking can be challenging when coming in late at night. I have reservations about the patio being screened in. But other than an increase in rent I don't have anything bad to say about the property. I will continue to lease here until I purchase a house.

The new owners/management company is raising right now the rent for 200.- USD a month. The first neighbors wer Read Moree the rental contract is ending moving already out. I'm myself looking for another apartment too. Same one bedroom i have raised from 855.- USD to near 1050.- USD right now.They have signs outside now: "New management, new attitude!" I agree with this but this means not that it is positive.Like the person on the 03. December 2018 wrote the Sterling Crest Management and the Staff was more like familie. They had an open ear and treated you well always. What my neighbors recognized already is the new company is working for business only. You feel no friendliness anymore. You can be happy if you seen maintenance worker and get a hello. There is no friendly atmosphere anymore for what the Sterling Crest apartments were known before the new company took over.People living there for years thinking about to moving out with all the changes.....

When it was Sterling Crest, the apartments were great, the staff was great even the maintenance stafe was frie Read Morendly, but this new company is horrible. For starters the changed the water bill to a flat rate that's double of what I was paying before and the have us a 2 day heads up on that ohh but we still had to pay our water bill from the other company as well. This was so inconvenient. What top all this off is if i choose to renew my lease would have to pay almost $200 more for a 689sqft 1 bedroom, with no washer and dryer. So I would go from $725 to $910. And believe me when i say it's not worth it at all.
