Village Townhomes At Lake Orlando

ITS NOT WORTH IT! The apartment is nothing like what was advertised. Its old, unkempt, and infested with roaches. The place was dirty and musty when I moved in, and the second floor gets extremely hot in the summer. Maintenance is practically non-existent, and the appliances are small and barely functional. Smoking from neighbors seeps into my apartment, affecting my health. The management sends threatening emails about fines, and theres a hefty late fee for rent. The only positives are the respectful office staff and the spaciousness of the apartment. Overall, its not worth it, and I regret moving here.

Instantly fell in love with the place it was nice and clean you.can eat off the floor.....the property manager was great very helpful and understanding been here a week already adjusting neighbors are friendly everything here is very convenient
