Cindy was a pleasure! She is inviting and warm. I felt like I was already home and speaking to a friend. She was good with my children who came with me to view the property.

The office staff are very helpful and pleasant as well as the maintenance crew. At times the street lights are out for way longer than my liking til they are fixed. Maintenance inside gets taken care of speedily. The rent does raise with each new lease as it does at other apartments. Overall I would recommend the vinings as a home for anyone. I would recommend complimentary carpet cleaning for residents after every 2 years or so.

(1) Maintenance staff is quick to respond. (2) Grounds and landscaping are beautiful and are kept trimmed at all times. (3) Pools are kept clean.

The beautiful entrance is like no other in Palm Bay; green grass, colorful flowers, all well maintained, easy to read signs and all of the property is well lit at night. The management team is just that a team of hard working people. They are friendly always available to meet the needs of residents. The maintenance team is jolly on the spot no matter how small the job! Extermination is done frequently so, there aren't pest of any kind. Annual inspections by management is a definite PLUS!
