Im going to state the facts about my year long residency here and let you determine your own opinion.
When I moved in, the apartment had stains, most likely from a pet, that would not come out of the carpet. The tile grout was black. When I moved the gas stove, there were herb bottles, a hanger, old food, and this orange sticky residue that I believe was rust mixed with something else. I could not remove this no matter what I tried. At the top of the shower, there was a white powder all around the top that looked like it had been there awhile, most likely for roaches. There were no air filters for the vents. My back light on the outside porch did not work. After taking photos of all of these problems, I emailed them to the property manager and waited for her to fix the problems. I had to move in 4 days late (non-refundable), and also they only shampooed the carpet (the smells and stains were not removed) and they did clean the grout on the tile, but not underneath the fridge and oven. They left all the other messes.
During my stay, the air conditioning would only get so could during the summer months. There is also a weird smell, a bit like a nursing home. You can easily tell the buildings are old. We had gotten a storm that took down a good portion of the fence panels in the dog park and other various places around the property. The dog park fence was not fixed until after I left so that meant I could not use the dog park from October 2017-July 2018. Also, the dog park was filled with fleas and the grass has something in it that dogs like to eat. There are multiple dog stations around the property, but the poop bags were constantly out. There are also dumpsters on each corner which normally contain old furniture or trash outside of the dumpster because so many people move out. I have so much more to say but am out of space.
