The Boot Ranch

I've had upstairs neighbors for almost an entire month that stomp for nearly 8 hours a day. Office staff has assured us that they would take of the situation, but don't do anything about it and avoid answering us when they can. Stuck here for 12 months now with extremely loud people above me and unhelpful office staff.

Good place to live but a bit pricey. Apparent shown is a demo, be careful as the one you get is never as nice. Otherwise good experience living there.

Apartment is in a great location. The layout of the 2/1 apartment is perfect as I rarely hear my neighbors. The maintenance staff responds promptly to every one of my maintenance requests.

Overall it's a great community with helpful staff, in a great location.

Not only has the management beent an outstand resource to us, senior management is very informative and diligent about reciprical reaolution. They want what works best for residents and the company as well. The focus is on the needs of residents. Maintenance has always been at the forefront. The grounds were always clean and every in our unit was in top performance. I have no less than top acholades for the management team at Sable Palm at Boot Ranch.

The apartment is located in a great spot with great schools. The pool is gorgeous and they have fun activities throughout the year. They are well kept and very nice. The office staff was always pleasant and with how many people lived there, I was amazed, always remember you. The maintenance crew is awesome too, even after hours they are very friendly and helpful. The one problem being, if you have kids, try to stay on the first floor or your neighbors will not like you :).
