The maintenance area is lacking when it comes to fixing some things in the apartment

Initially thought the apartments were quality for the price but, after living here for almost 8 months I've had to call maintenance almost every month. I've had problems with leaks , mold and appliances just to name a few. The staff have done a good job of responding to my issues but, given a choice I would rather not having to call them.

Could definitely get something way nicer in a nicer nearby area for the same exact money probably even cheaper. Cant wait to move at the end of my lease.

Plus: Great customer service, maintenance, design, amenity package. Minus: Trash control; pool cleanliness; abused shrubbery; building exteriors nicely painted but splashed with mud lines; chipped railways.
