    Decent apartments, good rental fee, quiet neighborhood, friendly staff. Only thing to consider is that the management has changed a few times recently, and some changes have been made that I am not sure I agree with (such as rent increase).

    We put in a maintenance request for several issues we have been having, including bathroom switch not working, leaking faucet, leaking dishwasher and leaking fridge. Only the faucet was fixed, and that was only temporarily fixed. Also the amount paid for water increased more than $30 from one month to another!

    The price for size is higher than other local apartments, the overall maintaince can be lacking, however the maintaince staff is nice, they just seem understaffed. Location is great, but I'd rather pay less and have to travel farther to places.

    They are run of the mill apartments that feel over priced for their location. Also, since this new management has taken over I have noticed a significant decrease in maintenance and care for the grounds Especially the pools!

    I was there for 9 years and oly left because of work. Clean safe and friendly. You never felt like they where trying to give you the least they could. If something needed fixed they did it well, not cheap.
