At first staff is extremely friendly, this changes as soon as the lease is signed. They are not helpful and get annoyed when questions are asked. They kick residents out even before the club house is closed so they can leave ASAP. Treated my family members like unwelcome strangers where as one staff member said he could not even communicate with my father because he is not a resident even though he knew my dad was visiting and assisting me with the move.

Lakepointe at Jacaranda is a great rental community with many fine amenities and very clean and upgraded units as mine was. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds and walkways are clean and kept nice. Very good usage of trees and other foliage throughout the community. Optional covered-parking is a very nice feature here, and they are pet-friendly. Great location from all shopping, restaurants and highways...
