I dont see reviews of the reality of living here. I want people to know before choosing to live here that I WAS VANDALIZED here. DONT MOVE HERE thinking its gated and has patrol looks good, because its a facade, its a lie. The minor security that is provided to protect this community is subpar, anyone can enter and exit whenever they choose to. The gates are usually always broken from both the front and back, and apparently they pay a patrol to protect the community at night and it just shows how its all a facade, its just a waste of choosing to rent here. I have to pay thousands for the damages and having to just risk that it happens again is not what im looking forward to because management doesnt want to help us and break our lease without penalty. The community management is more interested in their monthly rent being paid than taking responsibility and letting us part our ways in a better manner because of our horrible experience living here. **Ive also seen groups of people coming in and out of the gates super late at night and driving by them they run away as if they were getting caught?? So people just be walking in and out like nothing to our community??? Residents invest in these communities with the expectation of a protected living environment. I have lived before in the areas of south miami and this has never happened to me elsewhere, DO NOT MOVE HERE, ITS NOT A GOOD AREA!!!!
