To many bugs insects crawling out of drains in bathroom blinds dont fit in window properly power always going out I have lived here before came back cause I like it but bugs and insects I dont hasnt changed

While the office staff, maintenance staff, and location were all beyond excellent- the value for the property was average to below average for the area. The location was not worth the price for older appliances, fixtures, etc. I would've been happy to stay if there weren't 3 other complexes close by offering triple my value. ($100 more a month for a 2/2 brand new appliances, amenities vs. an outdated studio)
