They are new and built well. I love the crown molding , granite , stainless appliances and the full size was Read Moreher and dryer. The layout and spaciousness of it and the large closets with regular panel doors are great. But having the bathroom light and fan on the same switch is a bummer. Track lighting in nice but way to bright, need dimmers.

I am so happy to hear that you love your new home! The reason the bathroom light/fan are on the same switch is to prevent condensation and potential moisture issues (some people forget to turn them on). With regard to the track lighting- you are more than welcome to purchase dimmers and we will be happy to install them for you. Just contact the office when you want them to be installed! While moving in (and realize that this is new to the staffers) I kept getting misinformation. Nothing is foll Read Moreowed up on and communication is lacking. While stressing with a move one shouldn't have to stress about moving in to a location that I was so excited about. Disappointing.
