The entire complex has a serious roach infestation. Myself and 3 other, separate building, residents all had the same issue. The leasing office staff is phenomenal but the actual buildings are missing some serious care.

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. We are so sorry that you had pest issues. We do appreciate the kind words about the leasing staff. They are awesome! Regarding pest issues, that can happen anywhere. We do have a pest control company who comes out weekly and treats any issues. Unfortunately, pests are caused due to poor housekeeping in someone's apartment, so we always have to find that source. Always, work directly with the office wherever you live so they can address concerns and resolve issues.

Nice place to live at a reasonable cost and the staff is very friendly. Vemoy was very helpful in getting me moved in, with the limited time I had since I was moving from New Mexico and had everything in a U-Haul truck which needed to return in just a couple of days. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and responsive to our needs. A very secure and well kept environment in which I hope to live for a while.
