I was a resident between November of 2016 and April of 2017. The management team during my stay was great and was the only reason I didn't post a negative review. I felt they did a good job managing in a challenging location. The new management team has been horrendous and for that reason I'm posting a review of Skyline Fifth. Pros: Old management team that is no longer present.Cons: Very sketchy location that you won't feel safe walking in, clueless management team, cheap furnishings that are in no way "luxury", lack of cabinet and storage space everywhere, elevators that don't work that you'll get stuck in, bad parking lot that your car will get beat up in, ridiculously overpriced for what you're getting. Whoever photographed this place for the website did an outstanding job, because they were able to hide what you'll see as soon as you arrive in person. The building was Section 8 housing less than 10 years ago, and the area around it has remained unchanged. I did not feel safe filling up my gas tank at the many gas stations in the area and I frequently saw drug transactions, domestic disputes, and other petty crime from my balcony. Furnishing of the actual apartments are cheap. Expect towel bars and shower curtains to fall off and expect to have to bring more storage into your kitchen. Simply put: the units aren't equipped for living. As mentioned before, the previous management team was great (Thanks Casey). Experience with the new management team that came in right after I moved has been one of the worst of my life. I called them several times after moving out asking for a final bill and was finally sent a bill saying it was the "final invoice". This invoice was paid in full. Five months later I'm getting calls from a debt collector claiming I owe money and Skyline Fifth is taking zero responsibility. Do yourself a favor and look into some of the nicer places in Downtown St. Pete.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, secure apartment that is in a beautiful building filled with friendly, diverse people & your pets are welcome, then you will enjoy Skyline Fifth as much as I do.

I love living at Skyline 5th! We are one big, happy family that loves to enjoy the pool and gym. Our management team always is there for us and throws amazing parties! The views from our building are breathtaking and would make anyone want to move in! I plan to be in Skyline for a long time to come!

This is a wonderful community. Amenities are fabulous. The area is so convenient. Management and maintenance are always ready to solve and fix problems. Very pet friendly. Just a great place to live!
