So I go to see about the apartments they were really nice online. So the next day I go to see them in person Read Moreand when I walk in and right away Angel says hello can I help. she took me to see the models and they were very nice and clean and she was really nice also. The atmosphere and vibes were great! So now at this time I'm getting ready to move in a couple weeks but before then I go back yesterday and I had to change the date that I needed to move into. So Angel talked to the supervisor and she was very nice. We had a good conversation about New York and she allowed me to change the date with no problem they were very helpful and help me out a great deal! Thanks

What a dump!!! The ceiling leaks and fell in times in the past year. Had to take my kid to the hospital becaus Read Moree of the mold issue. The Rat smell is horrendous and the rodents are running through our apartment and we tell them about it but they don't anything. The dishwasher pours water on the floor.. I can go on and on... Let our mistake not be yours!!!!! This place was a dump before they fixed it up and it's a dump after!

I moved in to St Charles Row on May ninth. Since then I've had nothing but service and quality of living that Read Moreis well below the standard that I expected. It started before I even arrived on my scheduled move in date. I received a call the morning that I was supposed to move in when I got a call from the office requesting that I postpone my move for a week due to concerns they had about the apartment. Since I was already in a U-Haul that was not an option. When I arrived The apartment has a distinct smell about it. They informed me that all the carpets were going to need to be replaced. They were going to have to replace the stove as it was filthy. While I was a little upset this wasn't already taken care of, I let it go. After a few days that was taken care of. Next I move on to the bug problems. My apartment was infested with every type of insect that you could imagine. They were in the refrigerator, the dishwasher, pretty much everywhere you can imagine. I experienced bites all over my body, some pretty bad. Next came the broken toilet. No big deal right? Five days it took for maintenance to even look at my toilet. Easy fix though. Now I am currently dealing with a particularly annoying issue. The thermostat on my refridgetor is broken, self diagnosed, and everything is freezing. Its been a week since I put the maintenance request in and even after 2 trips to the office no one has even been out to look at it. All my groceries are frozen solid, soda cans exploded inside and there is no solution in site. To sum it up for over a thousand dollars a month I was expecting to move into an upscale community. Instead I got good pool clubhouse, mediocre landscape and by far the worst resident services I have ever experienced.

From the first call, lucky for me I spoke n with the property manager Rob F. He spoke with much experience and Read More knowledge of the community and vacancy! When I went to view the property the leasing specialist Shanteylia was very welcoming, I felt home already!!! The process was easy and straight to the point. I will be blessed and proud to call St. Charles Row my home!!!!!!! Thanks again to the manager and staff!!!!!!!!!!

The a/c was not even functioning when I first moved in. I talked to my then neighbor about it on move-in day a Read Morend he dealt with the same issue. Apparently maintenance cannot be bothered to check those things before a tenant moves in. Many of my outlets do not work. The walls and windows are paper thin so I can hear everything outside, all the time. Many neighbors don't pick up after their dogs.

We're sincerely sorry to learn that your early impression of our community has been less than positive to this point. Our staff does thoroughly check each apartment and addresses any issues found prior to re-leasing. However, once appliances, mechanical equipment, etc. are used by a resident, new issues can surface. We aim to keep our community in the best condition possible and encourage you to submit a maintenance request so that we may respond promptly and thoroughly.
