Maintenance people don't know what they are doing and often "fix" things improperly. The pool should have been worked on during the winter months when it was too cold to swim, not now. The gym is awful and needs major upgrading. The exterior of the buildings need to be cleaned/power washed. The interiors need updating. The vinyl floors are curling at edges, the shag carpet is old, the walls need to be sanded. Better ventilation in the bathroom is needed too.

The office staff is awesome always helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Any service matters are handled right away and the maintenance staff is great and always pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and kept looking that way. All of the amenities are well taken care of and a joy to use.

Appearance is good and the apartments are kept in good shape. Additionally, the Land Lord is very friendly.
