Applying for this apartment complex was made super easy for my boyfriend and I. Everyone in the office is super helpful regardless of who you originally talk to and we fell in love with the modern look of the place and welcoming environment. One of the better apartment complexes Ive seen including the gym, pool and lounge areas. On top of it all, for the neighborhood the prices are super affordable a little pricey but its worth it, Im a strong believer of you get what you pay for. Cyber cafe with free printing is a plus. Overall I had a great experience applying and were super excited for the move.

RUN---do not walk---Run away! This place is awful, the management is the worst. They don't respond to your calls or emails. Parking is a nightmare!!! There are no places to park and if you park in the grass they will have you towed- had that happen on Mother's Day morning ($200 to bail it out plus the hassle)! They should not rent the apartments if they dont have enough space for the renters to park! This is a great place for little kids but the teens who want to "hang out" in the coffee bar or common areas are told to leave-even just sitting and talking. Saw a group of kids playing ball in the front last week- and they were told they couldnt play there---where are they supposed to go if that is where they live???? Apparently they have had some past issues so now every kid over the age of 12 is a "problem". The inside of the apartments are in bad shape and they will not upgrade it to the "current standard" once you rent so if you want a nice apartment- dont take an old one! Many building have gutter issues and they overflow/flood. Bottom line- clubhouse looks great when you walk in but it is for show- nothing else looks that good. Little kids are fine- not older ones. Management is difficult and mostly unavailable and the rules are inconsistent at best. Parking is horrible and prepared to be towed- happen to me- speak from personal experience as I was one of several all taken on Mother's Day morning!
