Work in progress..... so do not be deceived by appearances. Do your diligence.The place is absolutely beautif Read Moreul place with state of the art amenities. If I was providing a professional critique, I would call it luxury aspirations. Case in point, the majority of the staff is great. While the buildings appear to be luxurious, the service needs a considerable about of work. There is a difference between managing a luxury residence and a standard residence and I am not sure the management team gets that. As with most newly constructed complexes, there are going to be issues. However, how you service the tenant to help meet their expectations makes all the difference. Issues have been reported to the management and maintenance teams and neither are responsive with the level of one would expect in a LUXURY residence. Upon signing the lease I was asked to walk the apartment myself and report back any issues. I reported the issue but nothing has been done about it. There issues were not inconsequential. Major mechanical systems were not operable. Not to mention the fact that the apartment was filthy with construction dust. I am not sure what the housekeeping crew did when they, so-called, cleaned. Overall the quality of work and the service after he fact is less than desirable. The maintenance crew is not available during the weekend and leave the facility at clock out time (on the hour) and won't look back. I overheard one maintenance team member telling another " if its not an emergency, then too bad. we'll see you tomorrow or Monday". Except, that that is not the case either. There is a still a ton of work to be done.
