      We have lived here for a few years and feel very safe and love the community. The apartments are a great size with everything you need including a washer and dryer. Great amenities including valet trash pickup 5 days a week. The grounds are pretty and kept up as well as the buildings. The area is quiet and the weekends are very peaceful. Tracy is a great apartment manager. She is friendly, professional, works hard to keep the community good for the residents, and maintains the structure, landscaping, and upkeep ongoing. Sonia was here when we came here and is awesome. She is friendly, professional and is great at what she does. All the maintenance and staff work very hard and try to assist the residents with all requests and issues diligently. The maintenance work very hard and when on call they come out quickly for any emergencies. Recently we had to call for a few issues and spoke with Olivia. Each and every time we called and spoke with her she took care of the issue within the same day. She is very professional and makes the tenants a priority. She also follows up to make sure things were taken care of. A couple of these issues were maintenance related and she sent Michael her to take care of them. He came out within the hour, checked out the problem and one of the things he needed to work on he had to come back to add touchups to what he did, which he did. He takes his time to make sure the issue is resolved no matter how busy he is. Both are very personable and show great concern to the issue at hand and to relieve the tenants of their concerns. Westlake is a great place to live and call home. There are great restaurants and shopping close in proximity as well as major highways. But the most important thing is how you are made to feel by the manager and staff that make us happy to call this home. Love it here.

      Great place to live. Friendly and professional staff. Great community. The Assistant manager is awesome and attentive to the needs of the residents.

      The grounds have some issues. Landscaping isnt good because they dont enforce people cleaning up after their pets. Also the two play grounds are never maintained. They are overgrown and have trash. The pool in the front is clean but the back one has had some issues, they had to close it for a couple of weeks due to health inspection failure. Mostly quiet place.

      The staff is very nice. Sonya in the office is an amazing representative of your company! Even the maintenance men are all very professional and kind. Charlie has always went above and beyond. The valet trash is a huge issue. Why even say you offer it? Because let's just be honest, you don't. It's ALWAYS collecting in front of doors. They rarely pick it up and it's disgusting. There's pest issues that stem from that. Also, the gate.... it never works. There are so many problems with that gate it's been a horrendous problem. The apartments also have very poor sound elimination. I can hear everything my neighbors do. Everything. For the amount of money you charge I just feel you could tighten things up. That's why I have thankfully completed my lease and will NOT be renewing. Olivia was very kind in assisting with that as well. Again, your staff is great! Thank you for asking for my opinion.

      They moved me into an apartment that's infested with roaches. In fact, the entire building is infested with roaches. I have all brand new furniture in my apartment, and my previous residence had no pest problems. The entire building they moved me into has a roach problem, and now they are trying to charge me more money to move to a building that's not infested with roaches. And they won't even refund my moving fees it will cost to move me to a roach free apartment. Now I have to break my lease and move to a new luxury apartment complex. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. I can't afford this right now, but I have no choice because of the unfair way I am being treated. What kind of apartment wittingly moves a tenant into a roach infested apartment?! The neighbors across the hall moved and broke their lease for the same reason.

      I've been living in Westlake Apartments for three years and until today I have not had any problems. It is good to live there and calm.
