Dog feces everywhere, maintenance takes too long to respond to issues, they raise the rent on residents annually at the max allowed, and I you don't get much for your money.

kitchens need to be updated !Bathroom's need to be updated i don't live outside my Apt, i live in it, outdated kitchen and bathrooms . like the area; and staff. But feel like this place is going down hill! what is this owner thinking? slumlord? staff does the best they can, friendly and helpful. service people are very good, that is the only thing that keeps me here.

The office management is rude and do not respond to maintenance request. When I first moved in, I was put into a cockroach infested apartment. Instead of taking care of the problem, management became rude and even less willing to be helpful. I have been waiting three months the have my screen put back up from when the painting was completed for this building.
