Nice, generally friendly community. Upkeep tends to be pretty good. Very dog-friendly. Overall rent is probabl Read Morey a little higher than I'd like for a 2BR and will likely be the reason I move out in the next year or two. Between rent, pet fees, utilities, etc I'm up to over $1400/mo. Some of my neighbors also have commented rent being on the expensive side. New paint scheme for the neighborhood is a little wild -- and not in a good way, but they ripped out my rotted porch and gave me a brand spankin' new on so the exterior is otherwise in great shape.

When we moved in they had not clean the bathrooms properly. The private patio had a crack in it and it was rai Read Moresed and dangerous for my disabled mother. It took them 4 months to come out and finally fix it. They did a poor job by just putting concrete on it and not leveling it. They said they did not have the money to fix it properly. I moved in in September and the pool was unusable all the way through to February. The spa still does not work. When I asked the manager about the spa she said you need to wait 10 to 20 minutes for the Jets to start working. I clean pools for a living for 2 years and no this is absolutely not true. Though they could not fix my patio properly they had the money to go through and repaint the entire complex. When we call the office nobody ever answers the phone. I finally talked to one of the office people they did guarantee me that when my rent comes up to be renewed they will not raise my rent. That is the only good thing that came out of all this. When you put work orders in online they go in and show them complete without ever doing the work. They are charging rent for a gated community which this used to be. They have removed the the gates but they are still charging rent based on it being a gated community.

Communication with the office staff and maintenance staff can be subpar, but that is my only complaint; the va Read Morelue is pretty good for the area, we are treated well, the pool and fitness center are great, maintenance requests are responded to rapidly and effectively.
