I recently toured Saratoga Place as a potential rental option and was extremely disappointed with what I saw. The property is in a severe state of disrepair and neglect, with broken windows, rusted appliances, and peeling paint throughout the building. The management team seems to have little interest in making any improvements, and it's clear that the property is simply falling apart. Additionally, the surrounding area is not well-maintained and feels unsafe, with litter and debris scattered around the property. The interior of the condo I viewed was also dirty and in need of deep cleaning. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend Saratoga Place as a place to live. It's clear that the owners have no interest in maintaining the property or creating a pleasant living experience for their tenants. Save yourself the trouble and look for a rental property elsewhere.

My experience has been horrible here...trust the bad reviews. We signed the lease before seeing our apartment, because it wasn't ready, our apartment was disgusting, dirty, holes in doors, holes in wall. Bleach stain on new carpet, missing smoke detector, holes in patio screen. We were told the people before us moved out late... took 3 weeks before stuff starting getting fixed. Including the fact that we had ants and cockroaches due to holes in walls. It's 6 weeks later and stuff still isn't completely fixed, office and maintenance tell you one thing then deny it. It's a mess, we were told "just break your lease", but of course they have you sign something saying if you break your lease early it costs you over 3000 dollars. Run as fast as you can from this place, there's a reason they offer a low move in.
