I moved to this complex without visiting it first because I was coming from out of state. I was pleasantly surprised at the updates they made (the website pictures differed at the time). Its proximity to downtown was a big draw for me. Its close to everything. Beaches arent far, parks, grocery everything accessible. I can also easily ride my bike downtown or there is a bus stop close by. Great price, good amenities.

Awesome complex! Sits back far enough where you cant hear the busy streets. Everything is pretty clean, dog stations around the whole campus, charcoal grills and picnic tables, small workout gym, a relaxing pool/hot tub, and so much more! The price is great for all they offer. They are always so quick to get any maintenance work done as well! Highly recommend timber chase for really anyone of any age!

I have only been a resident for 2 months now. However my sister has been here for 4 years. I like the complex, it is very quite and the residence are friendly and respectful for the most part. I like the amenities however I have yet to use them. The pool seems mostly quiet as well. I like the location right off of Fruitville. It is 15 mins from my work, 7 mins from down town, 5 mins from the Legacy Trail off of Shade Rd. I am kind of bummed The Sarasota Medieval fair moved to Myakka City because that would have been only a quick walk up the street to attend.
