Former The Park at Southwood Resident
I am a former resident of Alexan Southwood. It was a great place to live until it was time to renew my lease. Read More You have to give a 60 day notice. The problem is I didn't get the lease renewal on time (after asking for it beginning in February) which meant I couldn't give a 60 day notice. Even when I told them I was moving out as soon as I got it, they still said I broke the lease by not giving a 60 day notice. Good grief!! If you're wrong you are wrong and I don't care who you are!! Own up to YOUR mistake!!!!!!

Great living at Alexan Southwood coming back soon - the noisy car destroying bumpers will be replaced by concr Read Moreete bumps very soon. The management and maintenance stuff is very kind, fast and simply the best. They are very easy to work with and always friendly, a great team to work with and treating the residents so nice that make you really feel like home or even family. Strongly recommended to live at after fixing the street bump of the apartment complex.

After visiting many complexes in the Southwood area I was very pleased with the Alexan Southwood. A very frien Read Moredly community family oriented atmosphere with perfect sized immenities and exceptional professional/friendly staff and maintenance.
