This place is horrible !! They tell you when you sign the lease that they are not responsible if something happens to you car in their property!! Thats should be your first red flag ! Apts are crap ! The trash outside is overflowing all the time !! The pictures in the website are not of the place !!! And customer service is horrendous !! They are deceivers

The apartment was infested with termites. When the air conditioner would turn on they would come flying out of the vents. At night the bathroom would fill with a swam of termites. When I approached the management team about the problem, shortly after moving in, it was dismissed. I had already moved out and found a new apartment before the problem was solved. It took 3 months of fighting back and forth with the management team before I was released from my lease. I was very dissatisfied.

I had a bunch of mantenanace issues that weren't handled and the office staff didn't seem to care at all

New management cleaning up the area. Office area is nicest part of complex. Bad part- water is divided by WHOLE complex...making rent payment higher and higher every month. Two pools not easily accessible. Watch drivers as some speed through complex.

The rent was reasonable and the rooms pretty spacious. However, there were a lot of issues with plumbing, leaks and mold
