The professionalism stops at deposits being received and lease being signed. The apologies become redundant a Read Morend insincere. After several attempts to finalize the initial work order I placed with the leasing office manager, I am still apprehensive with the electrical work and supposed custom cabinetry that is advertised in the renovated apartment I moved in to. Electrical outlets are loose and had to be replaced because of improper installation. The custom cabinet drawers fall off track. I even had to contact the District Manager with my concerns who told me that he would be at my apartment at the time of work order completion (he was setting 15 alarms to remind himself) and he did not show. Just goes to reiterate when I told him that the dismissive, condescending and as-a-matter of fact attitude trickles down from the top. I regret telling everyone how excited I was to move into this complex. Can't wait until my lease is up.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews left by friends and family members at this place. The place looks really Read Morenice on the outside and in the offices when you come in to inquire about the place. We fell for what they were selling only to be quickly disappointed and was shown this place is a fraud. Let me tell you my experience moved in the carpets were wet, but still dirty, the window sill was filled with water on the inside, the bathroom sink does not drain, the counter top had cuts not scratches. We notified the apartment manager the day we moved in. We were told the window had water not from the rain but because they pressure washed the outside. Turns out that it does leak when it rains. I've called multiple times about the water not draining from the sink guess what it's been 4 months and they have not done anything, I've called and put in work orders after work orders and still nothing have been done. Management does not care. Oh I forgot to mention that you'll be paying almost $40 for supposedly trash concierge(that's just another way to get more money from you). For a single person please look forward to paying more than $72 for water and sewer monthly and for basic cable(no box) you'll be paying another approximately $50. I'm up to $160+ before taxes in addition to the $1000 rent.
Go to the pool space in the back, also the garbage area and you'll get a glimpse into what to expect.
Buyer Beware. It's a bait and switch game.

Maintenance is a joke. The new upgraded apartments are just spray painted cheap kitchens and appliances that Read More chip easily. The power goes out about 2 times a week

It's been a total disaster since Arium Bay took over...Multiple requests to have same issue fixed/repaired in Read Morethe apartment, staff is not pleasant and does not always follow through. Excessively high water bill which was not disclosed in the beginning, messy surroundings. ....garbage dumped outside of the dumpsters. ...basically beginning to not care anymore. Can't wait to leave. ..counting down the days.
