We were pleased with the apartment. It was clean and we love all the natural light that comes in. With the exception of a couple minor maintenance needs, the apartment was in good condition.

I have been living at Bell for about 6 months now. Overall, it has been a pretty good experience. However, I have to say that I am very disappointed in the responsiveness of maintenance and getting assistance when I really need it most. My apartment right now is being colonized by ants. I called in the report and the response was " I am sorry, there is nothing we can do until next Friday (about a week away from the day that I called). Since then, the ants have been growing in numbers rapidly. I can't feed my dog without ants getting to it first. They are crawling all over my sink and counters. I have tried my own methods (deep cleaning, ant bait) but the ants keep growing in size. My apartment is not dirty. I am extremely frustrated and quite frankly disappointed that "there is nothing anyone can do right now." The appearance and staff are friendly, but when I really need service, they don't show up for me :(

I actually would love this place if I could just get some peace a quite once in a while. Had plenty of friends live here and I decided to pull the trigger because I always loved coming to visit. Apparently its takes 2 months to get a noise violation done so Ill just spend another night sleeping in my car so I can get some sleep.

Hello Leif, thank you for the review. After discussing this with the team, it appears that management has been working with you on this issue since the first noise complaint. Noise complaints must be dealt with properly and legally, and the team offered to transfer you to a different unit while the issue was being dealt with. This issue has been handled accordingly, and the resident that was causing the noise is no longer at Bell Channelside. If you have any outstanding questions or concerns regarding this issue, please let the management team know. - Marjorie, Bell Customer Service
