This place lets anyone in so the complex is ghetto. The leasing office is mismanaged. You pay extra a month for renters insurance but then when something breaks the complex makes you pay for whatever broke! I am glad I moved out and in a better, well organized place!

Buena Vista is in an excellent location and the renovated apartment has a washer and dryer I am happy with the location of my apartment the office staff Ms. Tammy and Rosa attend us on the same day and my process of moving has been simple and easy avoiding the stress of the process of moving To live in a community the rules and policies of the management help to live in order The Management Staff follow the standards and provide good service Thank you

I have lived in this apartment for more than 5 years The office staff is courteous and friendly, the maintenance attends me immediately when making work orders and I am especially grateful to Ms. Tammy and Rosa in the office who have always followed up on everything I have needed in my apartment I hope to live more than 5 more years

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX AS POSSIBLE! This complex has been, by a wide margin, the worst experience I have ever had in a rental complex. The staff do not care about you, only your money. My lease ended and last November yet they are still trying to charge us rent fees for December and January, including late fees. If it were possible to rate 0 I would.

The office staff was pleasant and helpful. However, the model I was shown ended up being significantly larger than my actual unit and unfortunately by the time I realized this I was stuck. Also, on rent.com the amenities listed include a microwave and garbage disposal and my unit has neither. Lastly, the AC in my unit is not great and took 12 hours to lower the temp from 82 to 75 and could never get it cooler than 75 even at night. To be fair I havent ask management to fix the AC yet so maybe there is some solution there.

I just moved out due to my job moving. I am disappointed in the reviews. Yes there is always room for improvement but over this place was great. Great staff who cares about the residents, safe and clean. Its not just on management to make it perfect, you live here, have responsibility. Its like owning a house. Check this place out, ask for Rob the manager, he is good at what he does.
