Innovo Living on Waters

I enjoy living at Innovo. My apartment includes all the amenities I wanted (especially the washer and dryer inside the unit). Also, I really like the wood plank flooring because I was tired of dealing with carpet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, this property is a great place to live.

Property is great, always clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rent is reasonable and everything is close by. Maintenance is amazing!!

I will admit from the get go the apartments look nice, but I'd expect them to be considering they were just renovated last year. The apartments were quickly renovated, so expect to find problems. Every apartment is laminated wood, which would be great except if you're on the bottom floor. The sound carries very well, so our neighbor sounds like an elephant stomping around and I can hear her hacking up a lung, like she actually is inside of our apartment. Parking is a joke, so to combat that they made everyone have stickers to indicate you're a tenant. If you have a friend visiting and they aren't in a visitor spot (which there aren't many) expect their car to be towed. On top of that the 'gated community' is a lie, gates are CONSTANTLY broken. Honestly I think the front office only cares about occupying apartments, not caring who rents them. Cops have been called multiple times to the complex for spousal abuse. Multiple apartments have been broken into, which I believe was either the maintenance people or actual tenants. The prices are moderately reasonable, that is because the complex is a half a mile from the straight up hood. If you go to Winn Dixie expect to see at least 3 pan handlers at any given time walking up to your car for money. Half to a quarter of the tenets here came in from out of state and all of them are moving out as soon as their lease is up, as are we. If you're not familiar with Tampa do yourself a favor and not move here. Spend an extra couple of hundred a month and go to a better managed community further north. The office personnel are nice, but that's about it. They're reactive instead proactive. Meaning they don't address anything until it's already spiraling out of control.

Great apartment for the price, timely maintenance

Gorgeous gated community with so many amenities perfect for children and pets lots of flowers and beautiful landscaping, quiet family community. This place has definitely been home for quite some time and in the heart of Tampa.

I’ve been a resident for about 4 years now and I love living here. It’s quiet, clean and safe. I also love how fast and reliable maintenance is. Great place to live and kid friendly.

Maravilloso, el apartamento es súper grande, remodelado, las áreas están limpias y cuidadas, el staff es súper amable siempre con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudarte y brindarte apoyo en lo que necesites. Es un conjunto muy tranquilo y seguro. Mi familia y yo estamos súper felices de estar acá. 100% recomendado.

Estoy próximo a mudarme a esta comunidad, ansioso a que llegue el día, los apartamentos tos son completamente nuevos y lujosos, además de que la comunidad es una tipo resort, tiene acceso controlado y seguridad y el personal de la oficina muy atentos y gentiles....Innovo my next home place.....

My Fiance and I stopped in to see what has transpired with this complex and seen it is now A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY. We were so impressed with the Girls in the office, they were a absolute delight. Latoya was so kind and helpful when we spoke. I came not knowing what to expect and received the most WOW EXPERIENCE!! THE AMENITIES AND REMODELING OF THE PLACE ARE EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR. Not only does the price totally fit our budjet but also the quit peaceful surroundings are just what we want. Security and the looks of grounds, the beautiful interior of the apartments are ...well..speechless!! I cant wait to call Innovo our new home! Sincerely, John amd Melissa Duarte
