Local Reviews

It is in a very central location that is super close to many stores and great eats. Would also say it is very scenic considering the town is surrounded by water in some ways.

it's OLD school, in the sense that mostly they are older folks sitting on their porch. Everyone is very friendly. We have Roosters and Chickens walking around the neighborhood. We even have some little piggies (yes, in the city). We normally stay indoors due to Covid but before that; We would go to the River, the Riverwalk and the community pools.

There is a lake in the middle. We enjoy the Cuban bakeries on the corner. We go to Publix and a Thai restaurant nearby

The neighhood is very active and friendly. lots to do on weekends at the park for the kids and penty of places to eat and shop at

It's not a good place to hang around.anybd yucky haystack eu highly time of night.crime is to high.you might get shoot

There is nothing at all. There are no restaurants close by, nor bars or anything. My friends and I have to go outside out of town to find anything notable for us to do, like Downtow.

Tampa, FL

Overview of Tampa

Brandon Tampa has a friendly atmosphere that you and your four-legged friend will fit right into. You won't have to worry about leaving your furry companion at home when you live among such a tight-knit community. Your family-oriented neighbors will welcome you and your pet, who will definitely enjoy the increased attention. You'll meet other pet owners, and might be able to work out pet-sitting arrangements for nights where either person may need to go out or stay late at work.

Additionally, you'll be able to experience a number of culinary offerings provided by the locally-owned restaurants in Brandon. Your pet-friendly apartment in Tampa will never be short on food. Your dog will appreciate the nightly leftovers from your excursions to the multiple food venues, which often feature live entertainment as well. Bring your pet along for shorter restaurant trips, where she'll be able to watch passersby and patrons while you pick up food. Be sure to share the goods, though!

Relocating means investing in some new furniture and decor that will match your style and hold up against your pet's shedding. Nearby Westfield Brandon Town Center has a number of stores, where you'll be able to find decor and furnishings that fit every criteria. Remember to pick up a treat on your trip, since this location is an indoor mall where pets aren't permitted.

Bring Your Companion Along!

Living in Florida means taking advantage of its white sand beaches and pristine waters. There's no reason your dog can't join you when you visit Fort de Soto Park, which offers the gorgeous views and best of all - a dog park not only on the grass, but also on the beach. Unlike other beaches, your canine is permitted to enjoy the feeling of having sand between her toes just as you do. She'll be able to frolic in the Atlantic Ocean beside you as you enjoy the warm waters and drink in the view of a cloudless sky meeting the waterline. Additionally, the fenced in areas have water stations to keep your dog hydrated as she plays with other canines.

Living in Brandon's pet-friendly apartments will allow you to swing by nearby Desoto Park (not to be confused with Fort de Soto Park) on weekends to take your dog for a nice jog down the park's trails. There's also a playground where you'll be able to enjoy watching other Floridians taking advantage of the state's beautiful weather. Give your furry companion a real treat by taking her to one of two skate parks, where she'll be astounded by the sights.

Moving to Brandon will give you plenty of room to stretch your legs and many neighbors who will love your pet almost as much as you do. You'll both have access to delicious food and lively entertainment when you move into a pet-friendly apartment in Tampa.
