A little well very frustrating actually!! trying to inquire about available units and no one responds to emails or answers the phone. Ive sent several guest cards through the apartments / rent.com app and got nothing but automated messages in return stating someone would be contacting me and they have yet to do so. Ive called several times and no answer, not even able to leave a voicemail. Its really disheartening because, from pictures and reviews this seems like a lovely place to live but, if this is only the starting process before I can even tour / fill out an application I can only imagine how it would be trying to contact someone as an actual resident.
