I used to really love living here. But now, I'm counting down until I can move out. Your incessant need to be paperless is beyond ridiculous, and the fees we are now being charged for it are even worse. Paperless creates automation, which means staff members should have more time to focus on other more important - and pressing - tasks. So, it's pretty hard to wrap my arms around paying you more in fees for automation, as well as increased employee productivity on higher-value tasks. Insult to injury is that through this automation, the onus of responsibility on EVERYTHING is on your renters. There's no common sense when it comes to approaching things, and it seemingly took an act of god to get my renters insurance information straight with you guys. Mind you, it's a company you REQUIRE me to use. Yet apparently no one can be bothered to check about something. Nope, that's all on me and if it's not done in 7-days, hey, I can look forward to even MORE fees. The entire process has become a joke.

Location is great and maintenance responds quickly, but I need to call them frequently for plumbing or large appliance problems.

Have been here for 5 years and carpet has not been replaced Or cleaned. Bathroom sink and faucet need to be replaced as well as kitchen cabinets and countertops. Versions plumbing issues.

For the amount of money we pay, the parking situation is a bit inconvenient. It's getting to be outrageously expensive. Other then that the staff is great and friendly.
