Westshore Crossing

I had a deeply disgusting and disappointing experience at Westshore Crossing Apartments. Over the course of two years, the management failed to perform ANY pest control, leading to a severe infestation that made the unit uninhabitable. Despite multiple face-to-face requests and emails, no action was taken to address the issue. I was forced to try to fight the infestation at my own expense, despite the legal requirement for them to provide this service. The property itself is poorly maintained, with consistent issues such as constant roach infestations, inoperable gates, rarely open pools, constant water shut offs, and overall neglect of common areas. When I finally had to vacate the property due to the roach infestation, the management attempted to fabricate stories around why I left and even threatened me with eviction despite their clear negligence. Their handling of the situation was unprofessional and dismissive. I had to go through significant stress and financial burden to replace my infested belongings. The pools are constantly shut down, the water gets shut off frequently, and there are piles of trash by the dumpster on a regular basis. They look to charge exorbitant fees for the slightest thing but don't hold up their end of maintaining their property. They enforce the rules subjectively and inconsistently, adding to the frustration. Did I mention they have a severe roach problem? I would strongly advise against renting here. The management's lack of responsibility and care for their tenants' well-being is unacceptable. If you are considering Westshore Crossing, be prepared for poor service and potential health hazards. There are plenty of better options out there. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

I moved in here July 17th. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing a lease. The apartment does look appealing at first glance and not gonna lie, I do love the set up, but..... the way my apartment was very dirty as far as dog hair being everywhere. Seems like all they did was paint and replace carpet. They definitely DID NOT clean the place before I arrived. Now the lady that helped me get in yes she was nice however she lied about the washer and dryer being new. It was filthy when I looked inside and the dryer had dog hair everywhere. I have asthma and allergic to dog dander and so is my 8 year old. Now the roaches, which I asked her before I moved in were there roaches. She said no. The roaches obviously were hiding because there are EVERYWHERE in this apartment. Yes they will charge you pest control and even though you didn't bring the bugs with you. Also they send very rude and intimidating letters when you are late on your rent. It's almost threatening but I guess a nasty place like this will send nasty letters. I seriously regret moving here and had I read the reviews prior I would not have. Do yourself a favor and read reviews before, they are very much accurate when describing this apartment complex. I WILL definitely be reaching out to a colleague of mine in code enforcement because I have a lung condition and I can't live with roaches. It's gross. Oh it's always a lot of noise outside even late at night. Like these reviews that I have read have been very much spot on. I feel stupid for giving my money and moving my things in the roach infested place.

Some people play loud music all night and half the day. It hard o sleep hes loud music. Sometimes the music is so loud you can not hear your own television..

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The management at this complex is horrible, they do not listen to complaints, they do not fix the problem that they can clearly see they have and they retaliate when tenants complain by simply ignoring us and treating us even worse than usual. There are trash and pet feces in every corner, maintenance does nothing about it, reporting it is useless. They shut off the water at least twice a week for "last minute repairs" or "emergencies," many times without prior notice, or the notice being sent 30 min AFTER the water was out (were you washing your hair? Good luck! been there!). They spent MONTHS installing a gate that has been torn up and broken in half TWICE and is it waiting to be repaired. The trash collection system is terrible, the people who collect the trash throw it off the balconies onto their cars and the trash spills everywhere, they also leave full trash bags laying around leaning against walls. The actual trash collection station is always overfilled to the point that nobody can walk up to the trash can because the sidewalk is covered in trash with roaches and flies everywhere. Any time you walk into the leasing office the people working there treat you as if you were bothering them and they never have answers or solutions to anything, all they do is send endless emails complaining TO THE TENANTS.

Where to begin? Lol. To start, the walls are super thin and I can hear everything from the stomping of my upstairs neighbors to the arguments of the neighbors next to me. Some nights it is very difficult to sleep because of the noise. When I moved in there were things in my apartment that should've been fixed before I even moved in and it was SO DIFFICULT to get management to schedule maintenance to come and fix very simple things. Management can also have attitude sometimes when asking for very simple requests (which is very unprofessional). My apartment has had 4 water leaks from 4 different locations and I've only lived here for 2 months!! I wonder how much mold has developed from these leaks that would definitely be a health code violation...? Hmm. Management does very little to address this issue and doesn't seem to care. It is very frustrating and disappointing. We consistently have bugs of all sizes crawling on our kitchen floor and other parts of the apartment. Pest control comes and we have bug traps set up but it does very little. It's quite disgusting and shows the poor build of the entire complex. There is also trash everywhere around the complex which makes it smell and look so gross. They do not keep up with grounds management of the complex at all. I am not a high maintenance person but the things here at Westshore Crossing are just ridiculous. I've only lived here for 2 months but I already can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here! Regardless of how cheap the rent might be, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here!!!! If you do, you'll probably regret it just like I do.

I LIVED THAT FOR 11 YEARS AND THIS PAST 2 YEARS WAS THE WORST, DO NOT WANT TO COME AND FIXED THINGS, HAD A RAT PROBLEM AND NO WHO CAME TO SEE ABOUT IT, TERMITES, FLOODS IN THE APARTMENT, JUST HORRIBLE, DONT MOVE THERE THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY
