I will have been here 8 yrs come December (2023)...and I have experienced in that time......approx. 5 different managers. The difference btwn all of the former managers, and the current manager, Daniela...is truly dramatic. She is warm, extremely helpful and has helped me personally numerous times over the last year. And made my time here so much rewarding. She runs a tight ship and has earned my utmost respect. Sincerely, Joe H

Things are really coming together with the new manager, (well she has been here a year now) Cypress Place is a very nice place to call home. They are updating the apartments with new kitchens, new flooring (no more carpet) Bathrooms including new tub and tile, Painting a nice color with nice baseboards. Really happy to be a part of the changes. I would recommend Cypress Place to ANYONE! Thank you for your new Team Member, SHE IS DOING FANTASTIC!

Decent place to live for what they used to charge for rent. Robin was great. He couldn't always come right away because he is the only maintenance person but always did a great job and was very friendly. I had issues with mold and so did several other people in my building, but management kept saying there was no problem and refused to get a mold professional to check it out....kept telling me there was no mold and my major health issues were "probably" due to numerous other things. I am young and healthy usually but could not stay healthy here. Well, I moved out because of it and have had no health issues since. This place is definitely not for people who have lung issues, asthma, allergies or are already in poor health, and definitely not if you are allergic to mold.

I am going on my second year here at Cypress Place and have had no major issues. Any minor issues I have had were handled promptly by the maintenance and office staff. The place is built solid and I feel the monthly rent amount is fair for what you get. The tenants are friendly and respectful. I give Cypress Place a 9 out of 10 rating.
