friendly service, nice quaint area close to town, no problems with neighbors, and nice rooms/apartments. I rea Read Morelly had no complaints with this place, and liked it from when I first got there.

I love where I live. I am close to USF, close to I-75, the staff are responsive, courteous and stupendous, the Read More property is well-maintained. I could not ask for more!

I liked the renting experience (people in office). They were not cheap salespeople that lied to me, etc.

Parking is horrible and it's worse in some parts then others so hope that your apartment is on the good side. Read MoreMy car itself has been hit 3x because the parking is so tight and once by a dead branch. It's a tree ridden area so that was bound to happened but could be avoided with maintenance which they seem to have started. Flooding is bad when it rains as well so be careful where you park with the already abundance of great parking spots. This place has potential but has a way to go.
