Pet friendly with Large bedrooms, a pool and a 24 hour gym make this a good apartment.

Summit West is conveniently located near I-75 and I-4, and not too far from 275. You will find an abundance of restaurants, stores for shopping, and USF is located nearby. I would highly recommend Summit West to individuals that are single, couples, small families, and USF students. The Summit West community is kept very neat, maintenance does an excellent job, and the leasing office staff is very helpful.

As a new tenant of Summit West, I have really enjoyed living here. The neighbors and their children are nice and friendly, the staff is great, my apartment is nice and the overall feeling here is: true community.

the walls were painted sloppy. the carpets are very old and outdated. the apartment smells like old smoke and the bathroom fixtures are all painted over instead of upgraded or changed.
