Several actions should be taken soon. The cleaning services perform in Alexander loft is awful, it's sloppy and poor. Cigarette butts not being pickup on the regular basis outside and inside of the building, stained carpets, and floors unkept are an everyday occurrence. The parking lot situation it's terrible. Not only our cars are being broken into many times, but also no security has been provided, and the pavement and grass It's in terrible condition. Walls exceptionally thin.

Love the historic building and artictecture. Very New York style apartments some have high ceiling and huge Windows but there are not many amenities and the parking lot needs work. The building itself and community is amazing

Alexander lofts is a converted loft building - beautifully restored and maintained in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Each unit is very well appointed & well designed making my studio apartment very spacious with room for dining table sectional couch and bedroom set with closet space. Stainless steel appliances including fridge,stove, dishwasher ,microwave/hood ,washer &dryer w/ large flat screen LG TV included. High 15 ft ceilings, light ash grey floors urban yet refined I love it!

When looking for an apartment in downtown Alexander lofts said it had the dog park ( which is yet to come to fruition ) and things like garbage disposal (none) valet trash service is a waste of money when you have a trash and recycling room very close to all apartments . Signs that say pick up after your dog but there is no bags or place to dispose of bags . Too many cigarette butts close to entrance should supply some sort of disposal for cigarette butts Also.

The building staff is wonderful. Always there to help you when needed. It is kept clean they make sure all maintenance is done in a timely fashion. The management team are hands on which is rare to find anymore. They definitely take pride in their building!
