Do not trust the reviews from people that just moved in - they dont know how bad it is. Absolutely FILTHY conditions. Our building is absolutely disgusting and they DO NOT ever clean them. We moved in end of January and the building has been cleaned twice. The staff are extremely rude and act like youre an inconvenience asking to have a clean building to come home to. Any request you will have to hound them and ask multiple times. Extreme mismanagement and INSANE staff turnover. There has been FOUR property managers in only 4 months. Avoid at literally all costs. Every new property manager has come in and says they will fix things and are gone within 2-3 weeks. The gated community is always open access and no control to people coming in and out. Their contracts specifically has a clause stating they are responsible for cleanliness of common areas - this does not happen. The lack of security also causes people coming in from all access points - i do not feel safe walking outside my place at night.

I want to say how wonderful Christina the property manager is and how helpful the staff is with the new team that took over the property. New and improved policies in effect and now feel much more comfortable with them handling all of our concerns ! Amazing residential amenities and all of what you want in a luxury style complex..

**UPDATE** 7/31/2019 Day #2 MY TOILET IN MY UNIT IS STILL BROKEN. NO ONE FROM MAINTENANCE HAS COME TO MY UNIT. I HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OFFICE OR MAINTENANCE WITH AN UPDATE OR AN ETA! HORRIBLE PROPERTY! I have been living in Cameron Estates for the past 4 years. I must say this year has been THE WORST!! I am going to continue writing bad reviews until these conditions are rectified. For instance, I called today 7/30/2019 and asked for and EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ORDER FOR THE TOILET IN THE MASTER BEDROOM OVERFLOWING. I expressed to them that the water was overflowing and I didnt want it to overflow into the bedroom and onto the carpet. I was told that Someone will be out there to fix the toilet, but we cant promise you today. I asked to speak to the manager, which is the new maintenance manager who has been employed for 4 days. He promised he would put my request in ASAP. I arrive home at 6:41pm and no one has fixed the problem. Now I will have to use my neighbors toilet because I dont have a working toilet which is ridiculous! The amount of money you pay for rent you should not have to be subject to these conditions. I asked for an A/C filter and the response was We no longer have filters for your unit. I recently waited 12 days before someone came by to fix the dishwasher in my unit. The service here is ridiculous and I DO NOT PLAN ON SIGNING ANOTER LEASE WITH CAMERON ESTATES! Will follow up tomorrow with another review.

Overall good, but there is a lot of pet's owner that don't clean his pets needs, also the apartments are suppose to be "non-smoking" but I've seen people smoking there, one thing that I like is maintenance they are good and fast to attend your request and the location is one of the major advantages.

I would like to see longer pool hours. After working hard I'd like to come home and relax by the pool in the evening time.

Sound buffering between apartments was non existent, could hear drawers being opened through the walls. Online bill pay went down several times while I lived there.
