Sole at City Center

Absolutely great apartment with wonderful amenities. The staff is incredibly attentive and every time I brought something to Jaiden's (office manager) attention, she fixed it immediately when in her control. My two complaints are about parking and the loading dock. There is VERY limited guest parking, making it very hard to host dinner parties and etc. This should be improved immediately. There were never enough spots for my friends on weekends and the building is huge with many tenants, so it would be helpful if another level of the parking garage was enabled to host guests. Secondly, the loading dock must be reserved and there is only one moving elevator. Again, for such a large building with so many tenants, it was challenging to have the ability to reserve the loading dock as needed, which was frustrating as things pop up in life last minute. Regardless, fantastic apartment. Highly recommend the corner apartments!

Nothing but a fancy facade. I was a guest visiting my friend, who lives here. Despite already registering my vehicle, I still got ticketed and my appeal denied. The apartments are constantly swarmed with flies, and it’s not just that one unit. I visited another friend 2 floors down and saw first hand the exact same issue. I’ve seen and smelled dog urine in the halls. If there’s a strong fragrance, know that it’s just covering up a foul odor.

Beautiful apartment complex with great amenities and amazing leasing staff, Jung is great at selling the place and Jaiden who is an amazing support throughout!

Always greeted by Jaiden with a smile and she always handles any task at hand. Even when she has to handle many residents at one time even the challenging ones, a true multi tasker. BTW the community is in a great location, the heart of everything. A few of my colleagues are making the move here and you should too! Ask for Jaiden for an amazing tour and move in experience.

It has a great atmosphere and the gym is the best I’ve ever seen at rental community. The leasing office is very friendly and try to help you out the best they can. I recommend living here.

My husband and I just moved to your beautiful community and we absolutely LOVE it! The amenities are the best and we can't wait to try out the food truck that is coming this month and cocktail hour on clematis! Thank you for putting these events together!

The building is wonderful and I have not met a rude person yet. The staff is extremely helpful and you are always greeted with a smile! I could not ask for a better location.
