STAY AWAY! Seriously, do yourself a favor and find another place to live. In the short year that I lived at Vue at 1400, my apartment was overwhelmed with a mildew problem (ruining clothing, furnishings, etc.) due to their A/C units not draining properly. Then, I had downstairs neighbors who chain-smoked in their apartment around the clock which, due to the shoddy construction of the buildings, came up directly into my unit. Then to top it all off, almost a year AFTER MOVING OUT, I get a call from the manager Nancy telling me that I will owed them money and that they would be sending my account into collection (resulting in a negative hit on my credit report). After researching the payments through my bank, I found that they had in fact cashed all of my checks and either decided to scam me out of more money or they dont know how to run a business and keep proper accounting standards. Either way, save yourself a world of disappointment and stress and RUN AWAY!
