The rent is being raised 20+% on residents which is just not the way to treat residents who have made Metroplitain their home. Parties at the pool on the weekend often include drug use(GHB), vaping of nicotine and pot. Despite the one guest per resident policy. Its not enforced.

The Metropolitan is one of the best run communities out there. The care towards the residents is second to none and the apartments are beautiful. From the pool and Spa to the workout room and clubhouse, the common areas are the best. There is even a dog park which is extremely well maintained if you have a pet. I would highly recommend Metropolitan.
